Welcome to RuffBound. These Terms of Service govern your use of ruffbound.com and any purchases made through the store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and RuffBound confirms acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or shipping restrictions. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are shown before you complete your purchase. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control. Shipping charges and available methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including the 30-day return-request window.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without permission, impersonate another person, violate another party's rights, or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

The RuffBound name, logos, designs, site content, graphics, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to RuffBound and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, or other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. RuffBound is responsible for sales made by RuffBound; Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from this store.

REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, photo, suggestion, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant RuffBound a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting the store. We may remove content that violates these terms.

DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. RuffBound does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuffBound will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, RuffBound's total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
