Shipping policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

RuffBound currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Availability is determined at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is $8.00. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70.00 or more after discounts and before taxes. Express shipping is $15.00 where available. The shipping methods and final charges shown at checkout control for each order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders require processing before shipment. Estimated delivery windows may be shown at checkout or provided in your shipping confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple packages.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us through the Contact page on ruffbound.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped. Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address unless the error was ours.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PACKAGES

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly through the Contact page on ruffbound.com with the order number and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

RETURNS

Return-shipping responsibilities and eligibility are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Customers are generally responsible for return postage, while RuffBound covers approved return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
